A few important things to know
Children & dogs: We warmly welcome both, but only in a limited number of suites and strictly subject to availability. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can confirm the appropriate accommodation.
Children: €80 per night, breakfast included, for children of all ages—allowed in executive suites only (Genius or Giafar). Guests aged 12 and over must have their own suite. For the little ones, cots are available at €35 per day, in any suite.
Dogs: €25 per night, per dog. Please do let us know if you travel with your pet in order to arrange the room properly (bowl, blanket, treats, etc.) Please note: dogs are allowed only in a selected number of suites (Gazza, Amin, Tonko, Tittilù, Zobeide and Zirko) we may need to downgrade you in case we are not informed of their presence before your arrival.

Cancellation policy:
15+ days before arrival: full refund, no charge.
14–4 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Within 3 days of arrival: full amount charged.
No-show: full amount charged.

How to Reach US
by Air
By air to Bergamo Orio al Serio International Airpor (20 mins drive): guests may take a taxi. For private transportation options, please contact our Concierge.
By air to Milano Linate International Airport (40 mins drive): we suggest taking a direct train to Brescia from Milano Centrale and then a taxi from there. Alternatively, we suggest hiring a car for more direct and fast arrival. For private transportation options, please contact our Concierge.
by Train
Guests arriving on Frecciarossa/Frecciargento or Italo high speed trains from Milan, Florence, Rome and Venice, and other cities of Italy, at Brescia's main station, taxis are available in front of the main entrance on the left side of the square ( Viale della Stazione). It should be a drive no longer than 25 minutes for approximately Euro 30. For private transportation options, please contact our Concierge.
If you arriving at Rovato train station, take a taxi in front of the station. It should be a drive no longer than 10 minutes.
If you are arriving at Bornato/Calino train station, it is just a 5 minutes walk. Let us know at what time you shall be arriving and we will arrange someone to pick you up at our local train station.
by Car
The A1 highway exit are either Rovato if you are coming from Milan, at the first roundabout keep on the right, at the second roundabout take the third exit, and then follow the brown sign "Biondelli".
If you are coming from Venice or any other east cities of Italy, the first exit is Ospitaletto. From there follow the signs to Bornato. Once reached the countryside village, cross the entire town, as you leave Bornato behind you, you will find us on your right next to the Castle.

When do I have to Check-In? When do I have to Check-Out?
You can check in from 14:00 to 20:00. After 20:00 you need to contact us directly to arrange for your arrival. We do not offer no 24/7 front office reception service. The room is yours until 10:30 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 11:00 please contact reception. Service subject to availability, please be aware that additional charge may be applied for late check-out.
Do You have a Car park?
Biondelli Boutique Winery has a private car park within the walls of the property. The gates of the estate shall remain closed at all times and all guests will be provided with personal access code. Upon arrival you can drive up to the main Villa entrance to unload your pieces of luggage before you leave the car in the designated parking area. We do not provide valet service.
The car park is included in the room rate at no extra cost. With the exception of electric vehicles using our power station. In order to use this service you will need to download the Wallbox Power Up Station App on your mobile device. Then scan the QR code through the application and follow the instructions to start charging your car.
Activity in the parking lots are not monitored.
What are my Payment Options?
You can pay for your online booking with MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and PayPal. No Virtual Cards are accepted at our facility. Most of our bookings are prepared and you are charged immediately at the time of booking. Please make sure you have sufficient daily spending limits so your account will not be blocked. Call the bank ahead of time if you are making a large payment. You can also choose to pay a percentage of your stay directly online, we can charge the rest upon arrival or upon check out when you reach VBWS.
If your credit or debit card is not issued in the country where you are booking your travel, please be advised that payments in a foreign currency will be converted into the local currency of your credit card by the card company at their exchange rate. Not by us. You may also be charged international transaction fees by the bank or credit card company. For questions about such fees, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
